Monday, October 16, 2023 - Left bank bordeaux 2008 and older (BLVD): It was neat to try the 1995, 2000 and 2005 all in one flight. The 1995 was at peak and fully mature, with a complex and tertiary frame. The 2000 was not quite ready yet, still tannic and slightly primary. The 2005 was nowhere near ready, with primary fruit and un-integrated oak.
