Thursday, September 14, 2023 - Meaty dark fruit bouquet. Very powerful, slightly young wine. Tart undertaste. Good fruit in mid-palate. Medium length aftertaste.
Popped cork 4hours before initially tasting. The wine was a little tough. The next day it opened up and projected a rounder, softer profile. The only problem this wine is it should be drunk 5+ years from now.
