Friday, August 1, 2014 - If I'm going to drink CA chard, it'll probably be in the (moderately restrained) Arcadian style. Not a lot of opportunity to open these, but pitch perfect with Sea Bass topped with mango/urfa chili salsa, and lemon butter green beans. Nice.
