Sunday, November 17, 2013 - This went well with our Elk and Tri-Tip roasts. I would agree with GMAT5497, it's a unique wine. Not a big wine by any means, but has some smooth silky tannins. Not a long finish, but had some chocolate undertones with some good fruit.
