Saturday, December 19, 2015 - A few CDP's at Sunfish (Sunfish Cellars, St. Paul, MN): Medium gold color. Drank 1 glass over 30 minutes. Excellent nose with ripe white fruits, melted butter, apple, white peach, nuts, light citrus. The palate is full bodied, velvety and bright, white peach, melon, apple, apple butter, nutty, rich, citrus, oily, very long and almost luxurious on the finish. Really showing well currently. 93+ to 94pts.
