Wednesday, May 13, 2015 - Served at cellar temp. Nose of green apple, meyer lemon, toffee, melon, and citrus flowers. On the palate, lemon curd, green apples, toffee, and green figs. Long crisp finish. Needs a little more time but really good right now.
