Wednesday, May 4, 2016 - The last of 15 bottles consumed since Christmas. About $35 in our market. Waxy and high toned, showing lemon and apricot. Full bodied. A little tart on the finish. A small bit of bottle variation, and we had one corked bottle. Jane liked this a smidgen more than me. When I asked her to score it she said 90. As an aside, I generally liked the blanc in 12 over the rouge from this house, although my solid favorite was a rouge, and I put up a note on it.
