Saturday, November 23, 2013 - Great QPR. Awesome represenation of Washington bordeaux blends. Was very excited to try it and it lived up to my expectation.

11/23/2013 1:53:00 PM - I agree on the QPR. It started to show some promise on the second glass. I am interested what tonight brings. I have not been impressed with the latest WA BDX, my tastes may have moved on.

11/29/2013 8:57:00 PM - I have liked the various '05 Syrahs. It's been awhile since I tasted an '05 Merriment which I thought had a lot of oak and needed many days to open. The '08 needed a day to come around. Probably both are on equal ground now.

1/6/2014 11:20:00 PM - It was very good, I had sampled it after 15 minutes and let it sit for 20 more when it opened and settled in a great wine with friends on New Years Eve. Will keep the last two for a little later.
