Friday, November 30, 2012 - A modern style Rioja. Smooth and silky and only six years old? Very fresh and energy filled. Lots of depth, complexity, and very long. Only other time I had this kind of experience with a young Rioja was drinking it in Spain. Ready to go, but will age nicely I suspect. These kind of unexpected surprises keep the hunt alive and well. 92+
