Sunday, August 11, 2019 - PNP into Lucaris glass (“Fruit” day): Pale golden to the eyes.

Aromatic citrus, stone fruits. Sweet florals. Some traces of sugar?

Highly mineral and well judged acidity. Really enjoyable already.

92-93 points.
