Wednesday, May 8, 2019 - Domaine Michel Lafarge Vertical Tasting (E&R Wine Shop, Portland OR): Rich, round and sweet notes on the thickly fruited nose. Still, showing a ton of elegance and depth on the nose. Much more powerful and deep than the 2014 or 2013 on the nose. Gorgeous palate entry, showing very nice balance. Lovely integrated of fruit and structure here too. Very pretty stuff. Killer dial up and pretty integration of fruit and all structural components on the finish, as well. Very intense and interesting.
