Saturday, January 16, 2016 - Coravin fun - Burgundys to drink in 2016 (My place, parramatta, sydney): From Coravin. On the nose, quite stalky over red fruit and biscuit. Almost aniseed and spice. It's quite juicy as well with slightly sour fruit. Better than I remember it being...Hmm. Actually, with more time in the glass this rounds out and improves. Settles down and the jagged edges disappear. Still stalky but nicer. More time I think.
