Medium body, slightly hollow mid-palate (only noticed this with food & fleshed out with airtime). Low (high ph) acidity and medium+ finish. Better without food at this point. 15.8% alcohol and yet balanced. Poor pairing on my part, but this was very nice to drink. 91+
