Thursday, January 22, 2015 - Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined), note from day 2. Nose: Medium expressiveness. kirsch, black raspberry, dust, pine needles, and florals - lilacs. Palate: Medium-full bodied, great balance, creamy mouth feel - milk chocolate like, blue fruit attack, spicy mid-palate presence, solid mid-palate density, precise and focused from front to back. Finish: Medium-plus length dominated by spicy dark fruit and milk chocolate. My second of 2 bottles and this is absolutely singing this evening noticeably more integrated than previous bottle which seemed a little disjointed in the back-end.
