Wednesday, May 21, 2014 - Aged Raveneau, Dauvissat & Fevre at E&R: Nice saline and mineral aromas, and slightly spritzy. Soft palate and immediately you notice the pretty ripping acidity, offering rich flavors of lemon. Cutting quartz on the finish, saline, rich minerals and apple notes as well. Impressive body and depth.
