Wednesday, April 18, 2018 - This will last a while, and cellaring it is for the best but its a darned good drink today. Aromas jump out at you - cherries, blackberry, cedar, menthol....then the taste is bolder with all the aforementioned plus a little chocolate and dried tobacco leaf. Grips nicely and smoothly with a 30 plus second finish. I probably shouldnt have opened it, but I dont regret doing it. Liked this syrah.
