Opened Christmas night. Nearly 2 days later drinking very nicely with prime rib leftovers. Perfect pairing. Great value. Surprised at how well it held almost 48 hours later.

Taste a little apple grapefruits and pear, and a citrus I couldn’t identify. Ain’t no Ruinart but at 10 percent of the price it’s more than worth a drink especially for a large party or gathering.

We pounded 2 bottles. No hangover or residuals whatsoever as with most blanc de blanc.

Outstanding value.

Fantastic wine for the money. Expected big and powerful but got beautiful soft nuance structure. Decanted 30 mins. Aroma of cocoa, roasted coffee and fresh plumb with a little casis. Smooth and elegant taste. Cherries, currants, eqrthy, smooth Silky tannins - medium finish.

Definitely buy again. Rasa over performing more often than not.
