Sunday, January 29, 2023 - Guy's Night: ABBC (Anything but Bordeaux and Chardonnay) (Joe & Khem's Place, Mpls): Light gold color. Drank a glass over an hour. Toffee, sea breeze, dulce de leche, minerals, baked pear on the nose. The palate shows baked pear, nuts, chalk, dulce de leche, and a strong mineral denisty with a mineral driven finish. I found this pretty engaging and really not showing any significant oxidative character. 92+pts.
