Sunday, March 27, 2016 - I respect Jeremy's experience and palate with high regard, yet the bottle we drank last night was quite different than what he recently described. I found this bubbly a bit taut, with a cool bitter nut note in the finish, along with a lemon quality. Refreshing, seemingly lean and with my own preference for low dosage cuvees, this was right in that zone of taste for me. Easy to drink this with a chill and get lost in the taste, which was terrific.
