Sunday, February 15, 2015 - Bright red cherries and currants on the nose, some leaves and herbal components, tobacco and cracked pepper. Medium-bodied, medium acid, a very approachable wine, gushing with red cherries, raspberries and currants. Nice spice elements to accent the bright red fruit. Notes of soil and herbs mix with cola, vanilla roasted nuts, and coffee. New oak integrated rather well. Very approachable but not simple. 70% Garnacha 25% Tempranillo and 5% Mazuelo.
