Saturday, April 11, 2015 - 121 BC Saturday tasting (121 BC, Sydney): Black plum, dense, tarry, thick nose, slight oxidised, slight briny notes and touches of crushed rock. In the mouth the wine is juicy with mouth watering acidity plummy fruit slight spice then thick chewy tannins but the fruit is a little sort. Quite savoury with a touch of salinity. Okay
