Wednesday, January 27, 2016 - UGC 2016 (Chicago, IL): This is another in a long string of anonymous high acid Bordeaux blancs from 2013. The only thing that makes this worse than the rest is the loud oak treatment, which is unfortunate, since this actually seems to have a bit more stuffing than most.
