So precise, clear and brisk, laced with minerals, but plenty of rich tropical fruits, honey, waxy, white pepper, ginger and floral tones. Complexity is absurd. I would love to bury a case of magnums at the bottom of a glacial lake for a quarter century - there's so damned much in here to unpack for a long, long time.
