Wednesday, September 9, 2020 - Henri Boillot Clos de la Mouchère Vertical with Bonus Bottles (My home - Chicago IL): Wow, the best bottle of this wine I've ever had. Plenty of earth and some black truffle, but still so much mature and fresh orchard fruit with floral and spice hints. Clearly ripe, but enough brightening acidity, finishing with a long, minerally finish.
