Pale yellow color w/greenish tinge. Nose was citrus, orange peel. Rounded and fruity palate of citrus, lemon, apricot. Medium mouth feel and finish. Could have mistaken for a Sauvignon Blanc w fruitier profile. Excellent pairing for the fish/veggies and Greek salads. Would also make a good Summer aperitif
