Friday, May 22, 2015 - Ripe, tropical, and buttery aromas of jack fruit, citrus, toast, and a pleasant floral aspect. So unctuous and fat, yet not out of line, this feels velvety in the mouth, with ample acidity to counter the rich flavors that match the nose. Dried herbs and a medicinal note creep up on the broad finish.
