Sunday, December 16, 2018 - Lutefisk and BYO: Dark, some brown in the brim; slightly bretty, smoke, dark fruit; intense and dark-fruited, long, full bodied, very structured, tannins still present. Although angular still, it gives much pleasure with food now.
