Friday, November 18, 2011 - CT Texas III; 11/18/2011-11/21/2011 (Galveston, TX): Nice fresh young nose, lemon zest, toast, apple, pear, meyer lemon. On the palate, citrus, toast, apple, pear, and a nice mineral streak. Finishes very clean, this would go very well with big rich foods.
