Tuesday, August 26, 2014 - Moncur Cellars Pinot Noir (Bistro Moncur, Sydney): Muted cherry, sweet spice, slight stalkiness and an earthy quality. In the mouth the wine is juicy and flavoursome with savoury red and black berries, stalks, fine textured tannins that are none the less a little chewy. Long. Nice.
