Wednesday, December 27, 2017 - Post-Christmas Blinds (Chez Nanda): Served double blind. Terrific nose is classic Chablis -- stony, mineral, sea shells, white flowers, lemon and lemon peel. The palate has excellent concentration with loads of mineral throughout. Mouthwatering acidity combined with dense fruit. Loved this, and a reminder that others beside Dauvissat and Raveneau make world class Chablis. So tasty now. Will seek out more Moreau.
