Wednesday, July 15, 2015 - On my palette, the wine was a tad sour and slightly rough on the throat. Tasted with charcuterie and cheeses, it might be better as an accompaniment to a meal.

    Chablis is fresh and mineral. It is great with oysters and other shellfish.
