Tuesday, July 16, 2013 - Medium weight, feminine version of Donjon. Very pure with almost no tannins whatsoever. Delicious garrigue flavors. I wonder how this will evolve considering the lack of structure?

7/17/2013 11:16:00 AM - What's the best way to small/taste garrigue? Is it an herb I can buy at the grocery store? Or a plant that occurs mostly in the wild?

7/17/2013 11:30:00 AM - Take some thyme and rosemary and some pine needles, mix a little dirt in, crush them in your hands, and smell. Then put the herbs (minus the dirt and pine) on some meat and grill it. You will taste and smell garrigue.
