Community Tasting Note

Saturday, January 26, 2019 - Good gosh, square brick shoulders on this wine. Lacking finesse all the way. Showed better on the warm side than chilled. Had the ‘05 Tait. Comté rosé tonight, and the Taittinger, showed a lot better for much less, dollar and Pallet-wise. The Dom will have a really long life ahead of it, guessing at least 10+ years. The fruit was in your face, just as was the acid. Bubbles were mid-sized and brash, compared to the soft-fine bubbles of Taittinger. Hold for the next trip the Browns take to the Super Bowl.
