Saturday, September 25, 2021 - Starting to lose its baby fat and primary fruit. Still plenty of strawberry and raspberry along with florals and baked bread. Structure is now a bit more prominent and out front making the wine somewhat less seamless then I recall. Still great but entering a new phase and may need some time.
