Thursday, August 23, 2018 - 1st of 4 champagnes - accompanying caviar, iberico ham & freshly prepared sushi dinner. Color is vibrant pink. Nose of berries. On the palate this has sun warmed strawberries, minerals and some bread dough. Very pretty.
