Thursday, December 31, 2015 - Opened for New Year's Eve, shared with my wife: she is the best gift I could ask for in this year, in any year. This bubbly shows a creamy strawberry flavor tonight, even a touch of licorice. Zesty palate with refreshing acidity and a red apple finish. With the Dethune and Saves roses to go with this one, I drank a # of bottles in 2015 of this great trio. As for this Goutorbe, it's been many months since the last bottle and this drinks like all the previous, just fantastic for $40 and time to bug Envoyer to bring in more!
