Thursday, January 28, 2016 - Zachys Schrader Dinner (Bouley): This is good, but the '13 of this is better. More accessible right now though. Again that velvety red fruit and a wonderful softness to it, but I just have this feeling that we are seeing what we're going to see from this whereas the '13 is more teasing and interesting and has many more places to go.
