Sunday, October 22, 2017 - Lovely and wish I had more. Outrageous and complex honey, spicy orange, and white flower aromas. Full bodied and rich, but with nice attack and totally dry. Loads of white fruits, Fuji Apple, wet rock, and nice balance although the mid-palate hollows out a bit. As with the last bottle, the alcohol does poke out a bit.
