Monday, June 22, 2015 - A deep red/crimson color, with a lot of reduction on the nose. So much fruit on the palate though, gamy and full of musky woodland berries, smoky and savory. With time the nose comes around and tells us what the palate already did. Long, structured, serious, and authentic. Fantastic.
