Monday, September 5, 2016 - More or less everything you want from a very good white Bourgogne. Maybe slightly leaner than one would expect of a Merusault. Lovely nose, expensive oak, a touch of vanilla, fresh tangy stone fruit and a bit of batonnage butter as well as hints of green aromas. High acidity, medium bodied, high intensity and a long finish. Delicious!
