Tuesday, December 1, 2015 - 2013 White Burgundy blind tasting (Oinoscent): The nose is low to medium intensity with a peculiar mixture of lemon (fruit and leaves), pineapple, it feels more linear and without great complexity. Its also aggressive and sulphury.
In the palate the wine shows low to medium body and intensity, again sulphury with aggressive acidity, qutie harsh on the tongue, lacks complexity, underripe fruit, short finish.
I have no idea what happened here, I remember this winery to be in much better form
