Saturday, November 11, 2006 - Dinner w/ The Highdesertwines, Pinot/Pinto Envy et al (Chateau Chang, Victorville, CA): Medium ruby colour. Aromas of beetroot, currant, and wild strawberry. Medium-bodied, with beautiful fruit and texture. Currant, strawberry, rhubarb, and spice on the palate. Moderate-long finish, 40s, with spice and more pretty red fruit.
