Sunday, August 25, 2019 - 2019 Suntacular--Champagne Tasting to raise money for Laura's House: Disgorged 04/2016. This one struck me for the balance and overall pleasure that it provides. Floral aromatic, with a cool purity and evenness that makes it hard to put down. Finishes with a touch of honey, reminding me some of the Marguet wines. Terrific.
