Saturday, January 21, 2017 - Adrian's note nails it. This is the best bottle I've had from Bonneau du Martray yet, and it's just packed with ripe fruit, steely minerality, deft accents of oak, and powerful acidity beneath that gives it tremendous cut and vibrancy. Air brings out more savoury and buttered popcorn-like notes, and it never loses its focus or feels flabby even as it warms up a bit towards room temp.
