Monday, September 16, 2013 - Didn't seem quite as open as the last bottle I had, but still excellent. Lots of dark fruit, kirsch, tapenade, and mineral. Paired with chipotle beef stew on butternut squash topped with avocado and tomato, courtesy of my daughter.
