Sunday, September 13, 2015 - Medium ruby with garnet rim. Funky nose of brambles and ripe cherries. Light acid and ripe fruit. Doesn't have the acid driven bright fruit of most of the '10s that I like so well. Disappointing, possibly heat damaged or poor cellaring. I gave a second try on night two and this is best for the crock pot with a pork roast.
