Tuesday, February 9, 2021 - Mature nose of brown sugar, caramel and sous bois complexity. This still shows vigor with a bit of tannins that pokes out a bit. Tobacco smoke, citrus zest and cinnamon come through in a whispy fashion. More soy sauce and spice flavors come through with time in the palate but lacking a bit of sweetness/charm. No rush here as this came directly from the Domaine. 91-92. So much energy still.
