Saturday, February 4, 2023 - Not decanted and none needed. 10 years on still an intense wine. Nicely aged frame of leather and earth highlighting a ripe fruit of strawberry, raspberry and cherry confiture. Sweet notes of gingerbread and savory dimension round off the picture. Finely textured palate with impeccable balance. Still juicy and delicious, but you can feel the hot climate.
