Friday, September 20, 2019 - Champagne Garden Brunch (Mitch and Mary's, Mahtomedi, MN): Light gold color. Drank a glass plus over an hour. Cream soda, cedar, woodsy, quince nose. The palate is tart Tatin, lemon paste, broad and full bodied, lightly toasted.
