Sunday, February 12, 2017 - Great wine, and it delighted everyone at the table with a full moon shining down on us. Went beautifully over marinated pork and onions. Nice aromas, great balance, light tannins, and a very long finish. If you drink the nice Two Hands Angels Share shiraz after this, the Angels Share comes off tasting like a fruit bomb, sprite, with loads of alcohol. I would describe the Italian Badia A Passignano as finessed and balanced, a perfect first wine on any occasion. 94 Drank in Seoul-2-11-17.
